Custom Solutions: from 1 to 12 Layers
Today’s technological landscape requires increasingly dense and complex PCBs; to meet these challenges, our supply range spans from simple single-layer circuits to sophisticated multilayer systems reaching 12 layers.
Each board is manufactured using base materials selected for the specific thermal and mechanical requirements of the reference sector; among the standard options we offer materials such as FR4 high Tg, IMS (insulated metal substrate) for LED or power applications, CEM3, polyimide for flexible circuits, and Rogers materials for high-frequency applications.
Our production flexibility allows us to handle various technical specifications:

Available thicknesses: we offer a range from a minimum of 0.2 millimeters up to a maximum of 3.2 millimeters;

Copper thickness: we handle outer copper from 35 microns up to 140 microns and inner copper from 17.5 microns to 140 microns;

Solder mask colors: green represents the industry standard, but upon request we can provide finishes in white, black, blue, red, or purple to perfectly match your device design;

Mechanical finishing: circuits can be processed through milling or scoring for precise panel separation.
Surface Finishes and Advanced Technological Options
Pad protection and soldering ease depend closely on the chosen surface treatment; Dertel offers a wide range of custom finishes to optimize the assembly process and board longevity. In addition to the standard HAL (hot air leveling), available in both lead-free and leaded versions, we provide advanced treatments such as ENIG (electroless nickel immersion gold), ENEPIG, immersion silver, immersion tin, OSP (organic solderability preservatives), and HAL – SN100C.
For projects requiring extreme performance, we offer several additional options:
